Thanks for shopping with Verseywear. These terms cover orders placed on verseywear.com. We ship to US addresses only. For delivery times and costs, see Shipping. For damaged or misprinted items, see Returns.
Custom designs: your words, your responsibility
When you make your own design in our maker, the wording is written by you, not by Verseywear. We print it as you send it, but that doesn’t mean Verseywear endorses, approves, or agrees with it.
By ordering a custom design, you confirm that:
- you wrote the wording, or you have the right to use it;
- it doesn’t copy someone else’s protected work (like song lyrics, logos, or trademarks) without permission; and
- it isn’t hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
Our maker blocks some words automatically, but that filter isn’t perfect, and passing it doesn’t mean a design is approved. We may cancel any order that breaks these rules, and if we do, we’ll refund you in full.
Custom items are made to order
Every custom piece is printed just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, spelling you typed, or a change of mind. Please check your words and the size guide before you order. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund, the same as our returns policy (which matches our print partner, Printify).
Offers

Holiday sets (November 27 – December 24, 2026): set savings on a tee + hoodie set, family sets (2 tees or 2 hoodies plus a baby bodysuit) and a baby bodysuit pair, with sets from $39.

- Offers apply automatically in the cart; no code is needed.
